Our Story | GA Health (20)

I started working for Cindy and Ken in 2016, three years after recovering from severe lymphoma cancer . I have been cancer-free for ten years now. I am filled with gratitude for life.

I’m the first GA Health Hong Kong employee to assist sales and office management in different roles. We started in a small 700 square feet office. Since then, GA Health has become a family to me. I like working for our company because it has a clear mission. Our products are used in cancer screen and diagnosis to help prevent infections.

I often hear our Product Development team ask questions such as how these features can benefit our users or whether our users would appreciate this benefit. That we have a heart for the users always warms me.

I have been with GA Health for seven years and witnessed the innovative culture creating an energetic and positive environment for us to bring out talents. We feel respected and motivated. Today, GA Hong Kong has grown into nearly 30 employees in a 4000 square feet office. I love working in GA Health and am very proud to be a part of the company’s success.

As the European Development Manager at GA Health, I began my journey in March 2021 to expand our reach in the market. Since then, I have been fortunate enough to be part of several exciting developments at the company. However, the one that stands out the most was the Grand Opening and International Sales Meeting held in Ireland on 29 September 2022.

The event culminated in our hard work and dedication towards operating a new sales and distribution hub in Ireland for our European market, a significant milestone for GA Health. We were thrilled to meet our customers face to face finally, and interacting with all our key distributors was a highlight for us. We took the occasion to introduce our team, showcase our product range, and demonstrate our commitment to the endoscopy market through our innovative product development and customer service teams in Hong Kong and Ireland.

What makes GA Health a great place to work are the people, the company’s agility and the ability to respond quickly to our customers, meeting their commercial needs and addressing the needs of their customers. By working together, we can build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with our customers and continue to grow and innovate in the endoscopy industry.

Our Story | GA Health (22)

Since joining GA in 2021, I’ve had some great moments, including my first day and project launches. While each was a significant milestone in my journey at GA Health, the most memorable moment was the Valve Automation Line launch on March 2, 2022. Despite Covid-related challenges, my team and I worked tirelessly to complete the expensive and complex project on time and within budget, thanks to the support and encouragement from management. The long hours spent in the factory brainstorming and collaborating with all stakeholders paid off when we successfully delivered the automation line nine months later. Seeing our hard work translate into tangible results was an incredible emotion, and I knew our products would become the best in the world.

I am grateful to be a member of GA Health. Our company proactively encourage innovation by providing the resources and support to turn ideas into reality. We have a strong sense of ownership of what we do and are dedicated to positively impacting our world. I feel proud to be a part of such a dynamic and inspiring team.

Continuous improvement is in GA Health’s DNA. We always strive for better results in every aspect of the business. Stay tuned for our next presentation!

I’ve had a fantastic time being part of GA Health since I graduated nine years ago. The team at GA Health is composed of professionals and staff from various fields, which has made it an enriching experience for me. Currently, I am proud to serve as the Assisting Factory Manager. I am grateful to Cindy, who has played a crucial role in shaping my career. Her guidance and support have been invaluable, helping me navigate my professional life.

One of my most unforgettable moments at GA Health was working tirelessly with the team during Covid to produce quality deliveries. It was very challenging, especially in managing every supply chain and workforce aspect. Still, we gave our best and delivered what we promised to our customers.

At GA Health, we have forged a unique and open culture that encourages every member to learn from their mistakes. As a result, our team has become more united and more robust, and we become more and more confident to turn every challenge into an opportunity.
