My husband took our 2dogs here and had apicture asto how wewanted them done. When hepicked them upthey looked horrible and smelled unclean. Wepaid $245FOR 2DOGS!!. Supposedly the groomer was fired and they said they would fix them when they hired anew groomer.. when myhusband called tosee ifhe could get them into befixed they tried todirect him somewhere else where wewould have topay again. Very unprofessional. They hire incompetent people and then can't even fix their mistakes. Don't waste your money ona place that says spa yet can't even groom your pet right.… – show

I recently brought mytwo Chow Chows here. THe staff are very polite and professional however very over priced. Idid have myrwo groomed here and the cut turned out horrible and they didn't smell like the were washed.I did provide pictures ofwhat was expected ofthecut. The next day Ifound out hegroomer that did the cut was fired. Iwill assume towas for incompetence. The staff stated they are inthe process oflooking for another groomer and tried todirect meto anot her location toget itfixed and pay full price which Idon't beleive isright. Please take the word spa out ofthe business name this isfar from the this place has lost mybusiness.… – show

Great tech andvet. Upfront and honest with prices before any services are rendered. Great with mynew kitten and gave mea lot ofinformation oncare and shots. Highly recommended.

Very organized and clean. Following COVID guidelines and keeping everybody safe. Staff isSuper! From the front desk Assistants tothe Veterinarians very polite, friendly, respectful and helpful. Prices are very reasonable and everyone isinfinitely competent and capable. Both times Ihave taken mydog for anappointment Ido not have towait long.

All members ofthe team communicated sowell! The vet really got toget toknow our dog and treated her like she was the only dog inthe world! The technician was sure toprovide uspricing for all items before they completed them and even offered tospace out services tomake itmore affordable. Loved our experience here!

I bought aLabrador puppy inJanuary 2021and since then Culebra Creek Veterinary has been taking care ofhim. All people inthis place are very nice and accommodating. Ifeel very comfortable having mydog here with them. Ieven left mydog there for acouple ofweeks and when Icame back from myvacation, mydog was given tome with afresh bath, his hair coat was shiny and healthy. Idon’t know what theydo, but mydog isalways extremely happy tovisit this place. Two thumbsup.

After telling the attendant that mycat had thrown up2nights before and was moving like hewas hurting, she gave mea number and told meto call and report that mycat was poisoned and there was afee separate from thevet. Icalled the number and was told that Ihad topay75.00before the vet had examined thecat. Ileft and took him toa vet inCastroville, they checked out mycat and found hehad been ina cat fight. They gave him antibiotics and now heis fine. Iwill not take mypets back tothis place, seems like they put money ahead ofpet care.… – show

Always agood experience. You don't have towait too long and the doctor isalways happy toanswer all your questions. Inever feel rushed but yet they are always quick with their appointments and you are not left waiting for long periods oftime. They doget busy, sobook inadvanced inyou are ableto.

Every time yougo, they want toperform services not requested orneeded. The intake staff doesn't review your records and try toamount the bill toover $500. The staff ispoorly trained, you have tobe the voice for your pets. They don't like itwhen you question what services are tobe performed even when you know they are wrong services tobe performed. The place has gone down hill withDr. Jordy gone. The medical director tried tomake mesign off ona procedure with noanesthesia. Goelsewhere.… – show
